Some challenges call for more than counsel on what already exists. Having built four impact-focused organisations from the ground up, I partner with foundations, companies, philanthropists and coalitions to bring a new one into being, designing it, building it, and leading it through its early life before handing over a self-standing organisation with the people, structure and purpose to endure.
